Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership:
   • Provide visionary leadership for the Foundation Stage program, setting clear goals and objectives.
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with international standards and promotes holistic development.
2. Supervision and Staff Management:
   • Supervise and mentor teachers and support staff working in the Foundation Stage.
   • Conduct regular observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching practices.
   • Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard qualified early childhood educators.
3. Student Welfare and Development:
   • Create a warm and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young children.
   • Ensure the safety and well-being of students, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
4. Parent and Community Engagement:
   • Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
   • Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to involve families in their child’s education.
5. Curriculum and Assessment:
   • Oversee the development and implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum that focuses on experiential and play-based learning.
   • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Professional Development:
   • Promote continuous professional growth among staff through training, workshops, and professional learning communities.
   • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and international standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising and managing pre-primary or Foundation Stage classes.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Familiarity with international early childhood education standards is an advantage.
