Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership:
   • Collaborate with the Principal to develop and execute a visionary academic strategy aligned with CBSE standards.
   • Oversee curriculum development, ensuring its relevance, rigor, and alignment with educational goals.
2. Administrative Management:
   • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
   • Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
3. Student Welfare and Discipline:
   • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and character development of students.
   • Implement and enforce school policies, procedures, and discipline guidelines.
4. Educational Innovation:
   • Promote innovative teaching and learning practices, incorporating technology and research-based methods into the curriculum.
   • Encourage professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their teaching skills.
5. Parent and Community Engagement:
   • Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community through effective communication and involvement in school activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in any school teaching subject and B Ed / M Ed
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in an international school.
